After a successful 18 months trading, we were delighted to be awarded with New Agency of the Year Award 2015 which was in recognition of our outstanding results as a new business combined with the company ethos. As a result of many clients’ requests, it became apparent that a quality lettings service was required for the local area. At Redman Casey we understand the rewards, challenges and frustrations in letting a Property. We aim to make the letting process as smooth as possible by providing a professional service with exceptional customer care to all our Landlords and Tenants. We therefore felt that to ensure the processes were dealt with in a professional manner we decided to bring in Stephanie Paton with her wealth of letting experience as the Lettings Manager along with the team, to give the service you deserve with people you trust. Our knowledge of the local Property market, combined with our experience and personable service ensures we can manage your expectations to a high standard of competence and professionalism.

 

Fees

Letting out Property, especially for the first time, can be a daunting experience. Whether you are letting out just one Property, or you have a portfolio of properties, we can confidently assure you that by instructing us to act as your Letting and Management agent that your Property will be in professional and caring hands. We’ll arrange everything from marketing your Property and sourcing tenants through to drawing up contracts, rent collections and quarterly inspections allowing you total peace of mind. Tenant Guide 

If you are seeking a Property to rent, we aim to make the entire process is as smooth and as straightforward as possible. From searching for a suitable house or flat to agreeing rental terms and moving you into your new home. We can register your details to ensure you are kept up to date with the latest available properties to ensure you don’t miss out. EMERGENCY CONTACT

You should only use our dedicated Emergency Contact Numbers when the Office is CLOSED. Please contact the office during our usual Opening Hours. What Should I Do In An Emergency?  If there is a Power Cut you should do the follow the below steps:-

 

1)  Check the fuse box and flip any upturned fuses
2)  Check with neighbours to see if they are experiencing the same issue            
3)  Call Electricity North West 0800 195 4141 or check online www.enwl.co.uk to see if there is a power cut in your area

 

If you are still experiencing a power cut despite the above, please call our dedicated emergency telephone number.

If there is a Gas Leak or if you can Smell Gas then call the National Gas Emergency number 0800 111 999 who will inspect and advise further. It is important that you open windows and doors and do not use any electrical switches or light a naked flame.

 

Call our Emergency Number if the following emergencies occur:-

 

  •  If there is NO Heating or Hot Water
    A SEVERE Leak that is causing extreme damage to the property
  • If there is a toilet blockage and you only have one toilet (Please note if you have caused the blockage you will be liable for the bill)
  • If there are any broken doors or windows following a break in. You should also notify the police of the break in and obtain a crime reference number

 

If there is a minor leak that isn’t causing serious damage to the property, you should try to stop the leak or by placing a bucket if possible under where it is dripping.

 

To avoid burst pipes during the cold weather, you should have your heating on at all times at a minimum of 15 degrees especially if you are away from the property.
