David lives in Bolton, with his partner and children, he was a Senior Valuer and Manager for a large Corporate Co for 20 years, he is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, David has many skills and is highly respected in the industry by colleagues and professionals. Janet Casey
Janet has lived in Horwich all her life, is married with two children, her 35 year career started as a Sales Negotiator, then Branch Manager to Agency Director of a large NW estate agency chain. She said “most estate agents cannot give the service they promised, the agents don’t come up with ideas how to generate fresh interest, many don’t even do the basics of the job, the client is left frustrated and angry, especially when under pressure. Stephanie Paton
Stephanie joined Redman Casey in January 2016 to develop the Lettings department. With her wealth of experience, knowledge of the local area and commitment, the lettings department soon became a success. Her main focuses are to grow the lettings portfolio whilst managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Stephanie is a member of ARLA (Propertymark) accreditation, which gives assurance that we understand and comply with the ever-changing legislation and we are able to guide you through the years ahead
Bev Shepherd
Bev joined the team as our Sales Manager in 2016 to support the expanding sales team, bringing with her over 18 years of experience in the property industry. Bev’s expertise lies in dealing swiftly with any problems that may arise in a competent manner in order to get positive results. She prides herself on providing the same level of care to all of her clients. Janet and David have both previously worked with Bev and know that she offers the same values that they hold
Daniel Boss
Daniel is an experienced sales negotiator who has worked across Bolton and Bury over the last 8 years. Dealing with vendors and purchasers and liaising with solicitors and contractors to hold sales together from offer to completion. Dan has lived in Horwich all his life which makes him a great addition to Redman Casey, offering both local knowledge and he is known to many people.
